PW : Is Russia on the take in Venezuela ?

This past week an important event did not make many headlines, but it worthwhile to see first hand what Vladimir Putin had to said in the joint press conference between Vladimir Putin and Hugo Chavez in Caracas on Friday.

It seems to Us that Putin found El Dorado and wanted to make sure is not just bla bla bla, he took his main ministers and business executives to a 24 hour trip to get the deals on energy, weapons and industry off the ground.
