PEMEX's reserves evaluation

Bids for a two-year and US$2.5 million PEMEX project for a new well evaluation program are due Sept. 24. The program will begin in November. The program is an effort to better quantify reserves and produce oil and natural gas from offshore fields in a more cost-effective manner. Permeability, pressure, temperature and other data will be collected from various Bay of Campeche fields.
