Evil refinery ?

NIOC, PDVSA and Malaysian company are to construct a refinery in Syria. The partner company from Malaysian is a mystery but we know is not Petronas. The countries involve decided to hold a meeting at the end of October to sign the agreement of joint company that will establish this
new Syrian refinery of Banyas in north of Homs will commence to be set up by October 2007. Are evil intentions behind ? With this axis you have to suspect of anything.
