The challenge of Gustavo Coronel to Venezuela's energy and oil minister is a direct attack on Hugo Chavez oil policies from one of the most experience venezuelan oil experts, if the minister accept the challenge, there is good chance to review the critical situation of venezuela's oil industry. However, it is also a good chance for the present oil executives to show that the new policies are working towards all venezuelans. In a debate of old guard vs the new socialists, we will be able to see and judge the business like philosophy of the original PDVSA versus the new one of working directly for the people, were most of PDVSA income is put to social use.Two different philosophy's non compatible to each other.
