The bull by the horn

Gazprom is not is a cowboy's rodeo but in the Chavez circus and it wants to grab the business to itself. Gazprom wants a piece of the action in the country's three new huge gas projects, the new gas deposits in Gas Delta - Caribe Oriental, the grand Mariscal Sucre gas complex and in Deltana platform. To make sure it gets what it wants, Russia's Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov is in Caracas making the deals, date line given by the Chavez government is six months after the dust settle in the referendum on the new Venezuelan constitution.
