Loose Uranium?

One of the very extrange findings of the military raid of the Colombian guerrillas last Saturday, is a memo describing a negotiation with 50 kilograms of Uranium. NOt much is been said about this very important subject, We understand a committee is to be organized with the help of the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) to find out the where about of the 50 Kg. This definitely makes the FARC Guerrillas a group of international terrorists, with all the implications.
