Arrest Condoleeza

Rice must fire State's Maoists

Let’s cut to the chase. Secretary of State

Condoleeza Rice is another Chiang Ching, who deserves to be arrested as a counterrevolutionary.

In an exceptionally bold and risky strategy, Mao had launched the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution in the early 1960’s. Mao always presented the Cultural Revolution as a giant turn to the Left. In truth, Mao used the Cultural Revolution to conceal his giant turn to the right, above all in foreign affairs, symbolized by the Nixon-Mao partnership against Soviet imperialism.

Mao was panicked by the US defeat in Vietnam and the quick US withdrawal from Vietnam. The Soviet Union could now take all of Southeast Asia and threaten China from Vietnam, India, and Afghanistan.

In other words, Mao was in the identical position as Stalin was when France fell to Hitler in 1940. Stalin recouped and bought the Soviet Union valuable time to rearm by making concessions to Hitler in the form of a non-aggression treaty with Hitler.

Due to Brezhnev’s distrust of Mao, China did not have the luxury of negotiating a non-aggression treaty with the Soviet Union. Brezhnev thought he had a better plan, from the Soviet perspective. Brezhnev would rely on Cuba and Vietnam as his two attack dogs against China. China would then be forced to submit to Soviet authority, especially if Nixon and Mao failed to negotiate a strategic partnership.

By this time (the mid-1960’s), Chiang Ching had negotiated a strategic partnership with the Chinese military. Chiang’s Cultural Revolution groups often called upon the Chinese military for support in their struggles with local Chinese Communist authorities. Both Chiang Ching and the Chinese military distrusted the US and saw the Soviet Union as a far better partner for China. Chiang Ching did what she could to disrupt Mao’s pro-US plan, but failed, and speeded her political demise.

In the same way today, when US interests demand a US strategic partnership with China and Russia, Condoleeza Rice is doing what she can to disrupt US relations with China and Russia. Within the last two weeks she has insulted China by calling for Chinese negotiations over the future of Tibet with the Dali Lama, Rice has insulted Russia by saying the US will never permit a Serbian partition of Kosovo. Meanwhile, NATO has agreed to a pullout of UN troops from Kosovo and their replacement by NATO troops.

In short, Condoleeza Rice does not want a US strategic partnership with China and Russia, she wants to provoke a US war with China and Russia.

In short, when the US should be acting as the fire department, in cooperation with China and Russsia, the US has instead chosen to protect pro-separatist arsonists, i.e. the Kosovars, the Kurds, the Inca militants in Bolivia and South America, and the Tibetans.

The US must take immediate action in six areas to protect US security (John McCain, can you pick up on this?).

First, Condoleeza Rice shall fire the State Department’s Maoist humanitarians, who designed the US policy of favoring ethnic separatists. This option will be discussed below in detail.

Second, the US shall announce that the only good Kurd is a dead Kurd, and the same is true for the Kosovars, the Inca, and the Tibetan monks.

Third, President Bush shall ask Condolezza Rice to come up with plan to use the Cubans and the Syrians against Iran (the Nazi power) and Venezuela (the fascist power). In other words, we want Cuban and Syrian troops fighting Iran in Iraq and Lebanon

Fourth, Bush shall call upon Rice to come up with a plan to turn Muqtada al-Sadr into another Tito. With Muqtada al Sadr as Tito, and with Syrian and Russian support, the US should be able to put Ahmadinejad, Rafsanjani and Iran away in a matter of weeks.

Fifth, French President Sarkozy can put Merkle on the spot. Sarkozy shall announce that as long as he is president, Ahmadinejad and Rafsanjani will not be welcome in France. Sarkozy will call upon the UK and Germany for a similar announcement.

Finally, the rise of the State Department’s Maoist humanitarians was not evident in the Poland-related sanctions of 1979. I worked on these sanctions for nearly ten years at the Commerce Department, NSC and Department of Defense and consider them to be an outstanding success. The US gained freedom for Poland; while Moscow received nothing. Laurence Brady, Assistant Secretary for Trade Administration at Commerce, Roger W. Robinson Jr. at NSC, and Judge William Clark as the National Security Advisor were the Dream Team of managers who implemented the Poland sanctions for President Reagan. Bring back the US sanctions Dream Team!
