Energy riots ?

We read the following in the The Gartman Letter and definitely we are heading for trouble. According to Ms. Josette Sheeran, the Executive Director of the
United Nation's World Food Program "only seven meals separate civilization
from potential anarchy." this was said in the context of the recent run of food related riots around the world, Ms. Sheeran said that these food riots
were "stark reminders that food insecurity threatens not only the hungry by peace and stability itself." And the reason of the situation? The high and rising price for food cause by a higher energy bill. Energy prices are now rising even more swiftly than are food prices and things are likely to get to get worse. The issue is now on the table for governments around the world.
