Venezuela can't deliver

After Venezuela's PDVSA said they were going to deliver increasing number of oil cargos to China, its seems that the crude delivery problems Venezuela is having has made the Chinese to look into other producers. China is buying 14 Angolan crude cargoes or seven VLCCs of Angolan crudes for September lifting. Girassol, Cabinda and Hungo crudes and Nemba, Kissanje and Kuito crudes. are the ones to be shipped to China, beside the Venezuela's crude delivery problems, also the Chinese are taking advantages of the favorable arbitrage economics for Brent-related crudes to be moved into Asia.
