Chavez has done it again, this past weekend Venezuela hosted a head of state summit from South American and Africa and manage to bring together Abdulazziz Bouteflika, Muammar Al Ghaddafi, Robert Mugabe among others from Africa and from South America; Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, Evo Morales, Rafael Correa, Lula da Silva, Michelle Bachellet were in attendance with all countries represented, all together in attendance were 28 heads of state, 20 from African and 8 South America and 62 countries represented. The bottom line, Chavez manage to bring into his bandwagon many of the countries from Africa and reaffirmed the bond that should exist between South - South countries all in detriment of the Northern industrialized countries, specially the US empire.
