Nuclear worry

It seems that Kazakhstan want to increase its nuclear commerce according to U.S. intelligence, it has cut deals wuth Russia, China. How ?, it has pleanty of Uranium, is second only to Australia in reserves of uranium. Currently, Kazakhstan carries out uranium enrichment activities only in joint ventures with Russia, on Russian soil, with Russian technicians, but Kazakhstan has the potential to reach out and cooperate with Iran plus the country's political and economic hierarchy is riddled with corruption. All this has become public via a US intelligence report from the US Director of National Intelligence's Open Source Center posted on the website of the Federation of American Scientists Project on Government Secrecy.
