Inside, confidential and off the recordChavez, war monger ?
Hugo Chavez the President of Venezuela ordered Venezuela's military on Sunday to prepare for a possible armed conflict with Colombia, due to the United States attempts to provoke a war between the South American neighbors. Is this Chavez mad ?, it is obvious that there is no U.S. move to help Colombia to do anything other that fight the Narco-Guerrillas. But why then is Chavez with the war speech ?. Simple, is trying to get venezuelans to forget their electricity blackouts, the water shortage, in every city in the country, the 30% plus inflation and other numerous problems the country is face with after 10 years of Chavez rule.
