Iran on Russia's agenda
The big news from our perspective is that which has gotten very little media coverage: Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is in Moscow today (Monday, Feb 15) to speak with his counterparts there, and we believe that means he shall be meeting with Mr. Medvedev, Mr. Putin and Mr. Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Minister… although Mr. Lavrov was in Cuba until Saturday and it is possible he may not make it back in time for the meeting. Whatever the case, it is rare indeed for Israeli officials of this status to fly to Moscow for talks, and we can only wonder what is being presented there. Somehow we have to believe that Iran is on the agenda.
