Despite of the propaganda of the PR people at CITGO and all the
$$$ PDVSA puts in image, the facts are that PDVSA has stop exports
of gasoline to the United States, due to persisting troubles in
its refineries, operators and shipping agents said Friday. Venezuela,
the fifth oil exporter in the world, shipped about 51,000 bpd
of gasoline last July to the Unites States, in need of approximately
nine million bpd. Over the last two weeks, PDVSA closed a catalytic
cracker of 54,000 bpd in central El Palito refinery due to an
electrical breakdown, the principal units at the CRP refinery
complex are still down and the Puerto La Cruz refinery also faced
