Ronnie Chan, is the chairman of the Hong Kong-based Hang Lung Properties group.

Wendy Gramm, is a scholar at George Mason University's free-market Mercatus Center near Washington, where she has advocated energy industry deregulation.

John Wakeham, Britain's House of Lords parliamentary and supporter of a number of charitable organizations.

Many of the directors omit to mention in their biographies that they served on the Enron board.
