JV incompetence ?


It seems that PDVSA's incompetence is creeping up towards the newly created Joint Venture companies. Chevron announced last friday that's its oil production in Venezuela is expected to fall by 90,000 barrels a day in the fourth-quarter as the result of a new production sharing agreement with the government. Chevron was producing around 114.000 bpd* in Boscan field and 17.000 bpd* in the LL-652.000 bpd. Also to note, the recently appointed PDVSA's general manager was sacket last week.
