A no-no
It
looks like that the Bolivian Congress Governance and Defense Committee
refused to approve a military cooperation agreement entered into
last May 26th by Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez and his
Bolivian counterpart Evo Morales. It seems that the content of
the military cooperation agreement could be a violation of the
Bolivian sovereignty by Venezuela. On October 25th, the Bolivian
Senate Defense Committee declare "insufficient" a briefing
by Defense Minister Walker San Miguel to substantiate the Bolivian-Venezuelan
deal.
