Brazil's image down the drain


A federal judge suspension of Brazil's 8th annual auction round of oil and gas exploration and production blocks left companies with a very bad image of Brazil's Hidrocarbon industry. Even do the problam was an injunction suspending the auction after a a group of Petrobras workers file a suit challenging a rule limiting the number of bids each company was allowed to place in it, the Brazil's National Petroleum Agency, or ANP, incharge of the auction had to end the auction after it didn't succeed to overturn its suspension.
