Brent bottom forged?

Our friend Dennis Garthman has this to say about the brent prices.

In retrospect, through the course of November, Brent crude traced out a
monthly reversal to the upside; that is, having made a new low for the bear move
mid-month, by the month's end it had closed close enough to the highs of
October to constitute, for all intents, a "reversal." Further, the very recent
weakness has the appearance of a correction, not of a trend.... a "pennant"
formation that usually resolves itself to the upside. Time only shall tell.
