Venezuela's oil company has created an offices in Bolivia, Uruguay and Argentina in amove to control more market share of the hydrocarbons trading in the Souther region and to follow up of bilateral energy agreements with those countries.

PDVSA headquarters in Bolivia, Argentina and Uruguay are intended to undertake a series of projects and programs we have agreed upon with those countries,Vernezuela's energy minister Rafael Ramírez told reporters in Bolivia.

A branch of the Bank for Economic and Social Development (Bandes) and a branch of the state-run Industrial Bank are also to operate in the same premises as the PDVSA offices.

"In Venezuela, we are engaged in very important battles to recover full sovereignty on our natural resources and full control over our state oil company. This is vital for designing energy policies in harmony with the domestic industry to achieve sovereign management of our resources." Ramirez said.
