Bolivia's government has plans to invest US$1.2bn on hhydrocarbons exploration
hydrocarbons in the nother sector of La Paz and provinces Iturralde
and Franz Tamayo, state news agency ABI reported.

Gómez, hydrocarbons deputy ministe said the government has contacted
Chinese company Shengli Oil Field International Oil Development Investment
to discuss La Paz E&P projects.
Also, Manuel Morales, advisor to state oil company YPFB, said that the
goverment has enter into agreements with Venezuela's oil company PDVSA
to explore in varios sectors in La Paz, where natural gas and oil potential
is proven.
