reshuffles government, new cabinet list

Libya's
parliament on Monday replaced ministers, in a cabinet reshuffle which
left the key post of foreign minister unchanged, officials said.
The reshuffle by the People's Congress, or parliament, which has been
meeting since Saturday in Syrte, 500 kilometres (300 miles) east of
Tripoli, also scrapped the tourism ministry.

Following is a list of Libya's new cabinet announced Monday after a
reshuffle which notably brought new faces to the justice, economy and
finance ministries:
Prime minister: Baghdadi Mahmudi
Deputy Prime Minister: Abdelhafidh al-Zlitini (new)
Foreign Minister: Abdel Rahman Shalgham
Industry Minister: Ali Zekri (change of portfolio)
Justice Minister: Mustapha Abdeljelil (new)
Finance Minister: Mohammed Houij (change of porfolio)
Economy and Commerce Minister: Ali Aissawi (new)
Planning Minister: Al-Taher al-Juhaimi
National Security Minister: Rajab al-Mismari
Gas,
Electricity and Water Minister (new portfolio): Omran Abu Kraa
Labour Minister: Maatuk Maatuk
Youth Minister: Mustafa al-Darsi
Culture Minister: Nuri al-Hamidi
Social Affairs Minister: Ibrahim Sherif (change of portfolio)
Health Minister: Mohammed Rashid
Higher Education Minister: Akil Mohammed Akil (new)
Agriculture Minister: Abu Bakr Mansuri
Transportation Minister: Mohammed Abu Ajila (new)
Education Minister: Abdelkader Baghdadi
