Bolivia's to nationalize Entel

Bolivia's goverment return telecom ENTEL to state control after 10 years of its privatization to provate invetors where the majority-owned by Telecom Italia.Bolivia's president Evo Morales said at the weekend that his government was looking at the best way to nationalise Entel.
"There is a profound debate going on among the state's lawyers about how to take back control of Entel, which used to be a state company," Mr Morales said.
"We're looking at it. We are obliged to take back those companies that were formerly run by the state." he added.Entel, which has invested about $700m (€542m, £357m) in Bolivia in the past decade, has some 80 per cent of the country's long-distance calls market and nearly 70 per cent of the mobile telephone market.
