Buckeye 's Puerto Rico oil terminal restart after Irma leaves area
Petroleumworld 09 08 2017
Buckeye Partners expects to resume limited operations at its Yabucoa oil terminal in Puerto Rico later on Thursday as Hurricane Irma leaves the area, but said power is still out in the region.
The U.S.-based midstream company, which had closed the 4.6-million-barrel terminal on Wednesday, said no employees were injured at the facility during the storm. “Our employees are working hard to restore the terminal and truck rack to normal operations,” it said in a statement.
