Greenland to offer oil, gas concessions next year
Petroleumworld 11 01 2017
Greenland will offer oil and gas concessions off its west coast next year as the autonomous region seeks to open up to foreign investment, Minister for Mineral Resources Mute Bourup Egede, said in an interview with Reuters on Tuesday.
The statement appeared to contradict a comment by Hans Enoksen, Minister for Industry, Labour, Energy & Trade, who in a briefing with the media ruled out offering oil and gas licenses.
