The T&T Chamber of Industry and Commerce hosted the latest installment in its Innovative Business Insights series.
Governance in a changing world: Leading your organisation to long-term success, delved into how good governance can create global opportunities, offered fresh perspectives on the competencies necessary at board level to drive long-term growth, and demonstrated how to apply governance structures that meet international standards.
Feature speaker Matt Fullbrook, who manages the Clarkson Centre for Business Ethics and Board Effectiveness, Rotman School of Management, at the University of Toronto, was joined by panellists Nigel Romano, Managing Director and CEO of the JMMB Group; Dr Ron Sookram, Deputy Academic
Director at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business; Christa Sankarsingh, Programme Manager at The University of the West Indies' Institute of Critical Thinking; and James Potter, of Marine Consultants (Trinidad) Limited.
